my number will be current in March...

Hi everyone,

I just checked the visa bulletin for January 2010, and the cut off for Europe is 22400, so based on that information, i know that my number will be current in March (my number is very close to the cut off line). I have two questions:

1. Does this mean that my interview date will definitely be in March? Or is there a chance that it can be in late February?

2. Should I wait for February and my second NL, or should I go ahead and get an appointment and go for my medicals right now?

You can never be scheduled for interview in February as you your number was not current February(never heard of it happened before).On the other hand, if you are current in March,you may have your interview March or even later than March depending on when you sent back your forms to kcc and when they finish processing them.

wait to be current before you start the medicals.

It also depends on if you are doing CP or AOS...AOS takes longer...
 
thanks for the advise Gasper, i will wait a little more (i hope!) before i do my medicals then. i am doing consular, so it will take me some time to prepare all the forms anyhow.
