My FP results received at VSC in 6 days...

Just FYI.

I did my FP at the ASC in Fort Worth (Texas) last Friday (09/10/04) and today my status message at the VSC changed to "FP received on 09/15/04" (the "FP sent" message never showed up).

So, in my case, it took 6 days from doing the FP for the results to go back to the VSC (and for the message to be updated). Not bad considering there was a weekend in there...

I-140 ND 10/23/03 (EB3)
I-485 ND 10/23/03
I-140 AD 06/09/04 (no RFE)
FP #1 RD 08/23/04
FP #1 ND 09/10/04
FP #1 received at USCIS 09/15/04
I-485 AD ??/??/??

Hope u remember me. MY FP also went back in 6 days. Did u find out whether your namecheck is done? I am just curious to know whether USCIS issued name check request to FBI for people with RD of OCt 2003

Congrats for moving forward.. My ND is also Oct 23, 03. Still No FP.

Hi HaveMercy.

I don't know that much about namechecks -- how would I know whether one has been initiated (I think I'll post a more general question about these in another thread).

Did your 485 LUD change a day before the FP, on the FP day etc. or was the only time it changed was when the results were received? Thanks !!
 
Completed FP

Completed FP on 09/11/2004. Website LUD 09/16/2004( never updated before for FP issuance/FP day) with message that FP recived.

ND 10/17/2003.

Hi dazzling.

The LUD date didn't change when the FP was sent -- only when the FP results were received. Although the status message says they were received yesterday (09/15/04), the message was only updated today (09/16/04) as far as I know (I checked my case several times yesterday :rolleyes: ).

BTW, I could be wrong, but my guess is that my change of address request a month earlier may have triggered the FP because I've seen very few people with my ND get their FP done yet.

Well that may not be true because several of my friends with ND in September 2003, December 2003 , January 2004 and myself in March 2004 have received FP notices. But as you know with USCIS, one cannot say ;) Thanks for the information though.

What is your Priority Date? I see your case is a sub labor. Just wondring if PD is a key for FP.

I dont know my PD. The substitute labor was received in local office on 02/18/2003 and the state office on 06/11/2003. The stamp from state office is 06/16/2003 and it was approved on 12/05/2003. Labor is from Pittsburg. I am not sure how to deduce PD from this data.
