You will find your priority date on the I-140 approval notice. For receipt date for your I-485, please see the receipt notice.

Why are you so concerned about priority date if your case was approved? Unless by "case" you are referring to I-140 or something else other than the I-485?

Its a I-130 and I care because I want to know when can I go to USA??? Please advice

So only your I-130 was approved, not your green card?

And you are outside the USA? You can't go to the US until the green card is approved, or you have some other visa that allows you to enter the country with immigrant intent, like an H1 or H4.

Is the I-130 based on marriage to a US citizen or being a parent or minor child of a US citizen? If yes, the priority date doesn't matter. But you still have a lot of stuff to do before you can enter the USA. You need to interview for a visa stamp at a US consulate soon (this is also involves giving fingerprints and a medical exam which may include vaccinations). See http://www.hooyou.com/consularprocess/faq.html

The priority date should be on the I-130. If your priority date matters because you don't meet the scenario I described above, see the visa bulletin and check if your priority date is before the cutoff date for your category. And get some help from the family member who is sponsoring you.

Which country were you born ?

if your I130 was filed in 2000, you are still in a few years waiting queue as you fall under F4.

Sibling green cards take a looooooong time. Unless the I-130 was filed in 1997 or earlier, you still have a year or a few more years of waiting. Visit the family-based green cards section of the forum.

thank you for your advice

I was born in Sri-lanka. what does F4 means???

Right now, Sri-Lankan brother/sister's application filed beofre March 97 is being processed. To catch up your application which was filed in 2000, it's more likely that you need to wait for roughly 3 years to be able to apply for immigrant visa.
