Multiple job switch on AC21

I have 1-140 approved, 485 pending for more than year from company A. I have laid off from company "A" and got job from company "B" on H1 transfer. The job description is pretty much same. Company "B" lawyer suggested to not inform USCIS for job switch on AC21 and wait if USCIS request for evidence.
I am getting much better and stable opportunity from company "C". I planning to take that opportunity. The company "C" job description is pretty much same as filed in labor cert.

Is there any issue in switching job to company "C"? Assume I will be switching job on H1 instead of EAD, (H1 still have more than year left).

Thanks

There should be no issue. Although it would have been good to inform the USCIS about the complete chain of job switches via AC21 along with the H1B transfer.

Thanks for response. After going through this forum and after talking with lawyer, I gathered that it is not necessary to inform USCIS for job switch. That may again slow down the process (which is already so slow). Lawyer suggested to respond only when there is a RFE from USCIS.

Any comments?

That would seem like the best strategy. Proactively notifying USCIS of job switches seems to do absolutely nothing to head off RFEs and NOIDs.

But since GC is for future job, and if one uses AC21 to change jobs and does not intimate USCIS, then one is bound to work for the sponsor after GC approval to prove the intent. Isn't that so?

No, it's not. AC21 allows me to change my intent - nowhere does it say anything about having to notify USCIS of that fact.

I understand that in AC21 memo nowhere is it mentioned that job change has to be notified to USCIS. But if you use AC21 and then 485 gets approved without any RFE or NOID then, is it OK to let USCIS be uninformed of the job change?
