Multiple H1B

I worked for company A. Than company B filed NEW H-1B ( not transfered ) for me and I worked for 2 yrs. Now, I want to go back to Company A. Since company A never cancelled my H-1B with them, Can I work on that H1B ? .

Once you worked comp B and got your pay check, you are no more sponsered by Company A. So you need to transfer your H1 from B to A to work legally with Comp A.

From company B , it is new H1b. Since multiple H1B are allowes. Company H1b was 1st H1b which was never cancelled.
Since company A never cancelled my H-1B with them, Can I use 1st H1b when I go back to company A with existing H1b.
