Multiple AC21 & AC21 after approval

Hello

I heard there maybe issues during naturalisation when AC21 has been used AFTER GC approval. Is this true?

Doesn't it defeat the purpose of AC21 if we can't change jobs after GC approval. Also how come it doesn't affect if the employer were to let go rather than employee quitting voluntarily.

Not at all, and you can change jobs after approval, but if you change jobs too quickly USCIS may legitimately question your intent. There are many extensive discussions in the "life after the green card" forum on this very topic.

Because if the employer terminates you, then your intent cannot be questioned.
