Multiple 485s as Primary

I filed I-485 as Primary on I-140 approval of company A and few weeks later changed job to company B. Company A kept my I-485 alive. Now recd I-140 approval of company B. Can I file a second I-485 as primary based on the new I-140 of company B.

Some say it is possible...

But many lawyers say that INS will ask you to choose one even before approval. Have not seen or heard from somebody who has gone all the way down till approval to validate an option.
However my 2c: you should try for CP with the second 140.
