Multi-entry visa

Multiple entry visa is for multiple entry to US. If your spouse is green card holder you may not get B1/ B2visa
 
The word "partner" makes me think that this is not really a "spouse" relationship :)

But yeah, you would most likely need a B2 visa

heeeheee.. :D max2k1, you were right! We lived together in Australia as partners, but didn't get married until he went back to the US.
