ms graduate should i go to india to get h1 stamped

If your H1 approval notice comes with I 94 at the bottom, you can continue to stay in US and work in your H1 validity period, but if you go out of US, then you need to get H1 visa stamped in your pp before returning to US.

My question is about the new rule "can we get it stamped in canada or mexico or we have to get it stamped in india" i spoke to attorney they said i have to get it stamped in india. is any rule like this exists?

--------------- if you got I-94 with H1 then you can staty and work on H1 till I-94 validity, no need of Visa stamping at this time. if you go out then you need Visa stamp to enter US. if go to Canada or mexico and Visa gets rejected then you canot enter US from Canada/Mexico you need to go directly to India from Canada/Mexico.
