One way or another, it's good to have some kind of good news. At that rate, most people who applied before the fee increase should expect to be able to vote on the next presidential election, if that was high on their priority list anyway
I guess congress pressure and pressure from many other stakeholders have made them work harder. I wish I could believe that it was out of their work ethics as the statement seems to imply, but I don't want to be too cynical when the news are good.
