Moving to CA from TX while 485

my 485 is approved , while my wife's 485 is pending . is it fine if i move to CA from TX. can any body thro light on this.

its ok to move. you can move any time you want. just write to the oofice where her 485 is pending to let them know the new address and remember to file form AR-11. A change of address will delay the case because they have to xfer her application to the new LO.

Moving will not automatically trigger a transfer to the local office, or Service Center. If the case meets the I-485 interview waiver criteria, then it will be processed at the Service Center it was filed at.
