We just got our IL (wife and husband) and one YL for husband. the IL is Nov 6 and 12. We are selling our house and the closing is October 16. WHat do I need to no in order to change our address for N-400 purposes? do I need to tell them at the interview? is there any other paper that will get mailed to the old address related to n-400? please help

If new address is under jurisdiction of the same DO, I don't see any problem.
Just uodate your address online. The only possible mail now is perhaps if your interview get canceled then you should get a descheduling letter.

Even if you miss this letter, it does not matter much and most likely
if cancel is due to your file not arriving in time, yoiu miss this cancel letter
may be a good thing in case of your file arrive before your rogiinal scheduled day
Nowadays USCIS DO does not seem to be a busy place. If you show up for yoru canceled interview,
you can still get interviewed most likely especially as long as yoru file has arrived after cancelment

WHY do all that!? you have 30 days to change your address from Oct 16 to Nov 6 and 12 is not 30 days. So I say JUST tell them at the interview when they ask you if the address on the application has changed. This is such a little thing. Don't complicate your interview date for this.
