MOTIC (MTR) after denial of I-485

I filed MTR following the denial of I-485. Now I got this: MOTION TO REOPEN BEFORE THE COMMISSIONER .
It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

What does it mean and who the hell is that commissioner. Is he any better than my stupid officer?

LUD changed 2 times on case status for MOTIC

It says it was opened on April 7. Yesterday LUD was 4/8 then changed to 4/11. Folks could anyone share similar experience?

Did you check with your attorney? Also, you should consult other attornies too. This is your last chance and you should not make any mistake. May be we do not have any person who has similar kind of experience as you are going throught so talking to Rajiv or Sheela Murthy might help. I am praying GOD to give you strength and approve your case.

thats a good sighn., when the LUD CANGES, THAT MEANS THEY ARE WORKING ON YOUR CASE. YOU WILL GET REPLAY SOON :D
