Mother applying for US citizenship - need advise

My mom is applying for citizenship and both of my grandparents are USC. Now there is a question in the N400 which asks

Any of your parents is US citizen. if yes follow instructions...

Does she need to check anything else? Am i missing anything here...


Also for california, what is the mailing address now? Is it

Your mother may already be a citizen if your grandparents were citizens before your mother turned 18.

Thanks for the response. But my grandparents became citizens 5-6 years ago. I guess then my mother would apply normally like anyone else without any additional documentation?

Nothing else needs to be done besides answering YES since the possibility of already being a citizen does not apply to her.
