Most Important: My employer is applying TN visa

I am Canadian and I got job offer from USA employer. They got all docs from me to apply TN status for me.

My question is that is it good if employer apply TN visa?

Please guide me.

I heard that Visa officer at POE will double check all stuff again. I am not sure.

On initial I-129s applied for from OUTSIDE US, CBP will indeed review.
