Hello



I went to North Calorina (Raleigh) to do my MBA at North Carolina State University last year on 5th August 2005 on F1 Visa. Due to some personal and pecuniary problems I had to come back to India. I stayed there for some One and half months or so.

Thereby, I would like to confirm with you if this is going to cause any issue in my H1B stamping ??



Please let me know your thoughts on this.

If you are under valid employment with H1 sponsor, you technically should not have problem.

Thanks for the quick reply. May I request you if you can let me know if i need to take any/what documentation in this regard.

Although the reason was personal and hence cant understand what documentation to take. Additionally my COllege advisior reported to INS that student has dropped his course for his personal resonas and there are no allegations against him..

Please share your thoughts on this.
