mistake in the forms

Hi!
My husband is a Dv 2005 winner, when he fulfilled the forms for KCC he made a mistake on the principal form he didn't observe and write the name in a different order; and the second issue is, he forgot to fulfil the case number in one of the columns, but he writes it on each corner of the forms.
Is it possible to be refused for qualification and not receive the second letter? We know our case number is very close to the cut -off number and we are now very confused what will happen.

you should be ok, if you get called in for the interview and they ask you about it - just explain as it is. but get all the docs ready in advance, because you may not have much time from the moment you get an invitation letter and the interview date. It's better to call/email KCC from time to time to get updates on your case.

I already start to prepare the necessary documents. Related to the first letter, I think it’s stipulated not to call the KCC before we receive the second one, ore? Please inform me if it’s possible before and in this case if I can call them as spouse, the reason is he doesn’t speak very well English.

You can call KCC in regard of it , i too made such mistake ( as i was rushing to send the form back i forgot to sign my one of those forms,so i call them and explained ) i was told that will be done when i am call for interview, i have a friend also who made such mistake and he was given the chance to do the signning during his interview. i want to believe that that will not stop your second package. ;)
so stay :cool: and i bet you is better to follow up the interview date, once you know your # is current by calling or Emailling KCC, some of the winner have to go to the local US embassy here and the local embassy enquire about the situation of there form which speed up their process.( but their #s are current befor they went
