Mistake in Father's Name

I filed for I -130/765/485/131 package after getting married in July , 05.

My Father's first name on my marriage CErtificate (from US ) don't exactly match with his name on MY PAssport.

I contacted Local Authorities in Michigan and they say that one has to get Ex Parte order from Court. Is it easier to do or what is the process?


Please advice can it lead to RFE ? or is there a way I can correct that.

I honestly think it won't matter.... As long as your name is spelled right.
