Missing Page from Divorce Decree

Hi All,

my application is based on 5 yr GC.
I send out n400 in late march with copy of my Divorce decree.

I have already done FP and I am in line to receive my interview date.

However, I just notice that I didnt send out the complete Divorce decree.

My original divorce decree is double sided, and somehow I didnt noticed that.
So I end up sending only odd number pages. (1,3,5,... 15)
at least I have the first page that shows the filing date of the decree.

But I am worry now that this could either delay or even postpone my interview.
What should I do?

Is there any way to submit missing pages or is it better to wait until my interview date and hand out the complete decree directly to them.

Thanks

Since the application is "in line for scheduling" or "scheduled", nobody is really looking at it right now. Just wait & get them the pages during the interview.

Is your divorce decree at all pertinent to your N-400? Does it serve as evidence of a name change?

Thanks eastsidedude I feel little less worry now.

BigJoe5, No I am not changing my name. I got my GC based on Marriage to USC and I send it out as a proof that my earlier marriage has ended .

You mean that you were married before marrying the USC?

If that is the case, then, it is already in your file from years ago.

Sorry, For not being clear enough.

No I Only married once and she was a USC and I got my GC based on that.

The Decree is the proof that we are not together anymore.

It is only pertinent to show the marital status on a Naturalization Certificate in most cases.

I hope you did not file for divorce the day you got your green card in the mail, that would be a big red flag issue.
