My last medical was sent to CIS last year on Feb. and a new one must be due, i have an interview next month and they mentioned on the letter they sent me to bring a medical if one hasn't been submitted. Now i have 2 questions:

1- Do i still need to get a new medical?
2- what tests do i need now? considering i had all the vaccinations in Dec 2004 when submitted my original I-485 application. (the place where i got it done at is not in business anymore).

Hi Asylee01,

Unless they officially ask you to do another medical don't bother (that's my opinion). Since you had submitted medical already, if they ask at the interview just say you have submitted one. Don't give out to much information by saying "it's been more than 1 year and it has expired". It's their job to find that out. And they will most likely approve you at that interview (or a little bit after that) so I don't think a medical that has expired for only one month would be a big deal. Good luck.

thanks for the input MTG grl, i just wanted to save some time, knowing them they might ask for something i don't have.
