Medical for newly immigranted parent, HELP!!!

My parents' immigration case was just approved and they are planning to come here in next few months. Both of them are elderly (in their 70s). Can anybody shed me some lights on where and how to get medical insurance for them? I am happy that I finally have a chance to taking care of them but am stressed about the medical insurance situation. Please help!

Good luck. Any medical insurance for over 70s is going to be very, very expensive and they're not going to ever get Medicare. I think their best shot might be to qualify for Medicaid once they become citizens.
