Dear all,
I have to take my medical examination, so I called to one MD approved by USCIS, and I was told that I have to bring the proof of my vaccines, if not according to my age the exam would cost $400.00. So, I was wondering if I can get from a letter from the hospital of my COP where state that I got the measless, mumps, varicella. I have with me my Hepatitis B vaccine, so not problem. But, bottom line, if I cannot get any proof for the previous vaccines, do I need to get them again?
Thanks a lot
