Hi,

I am applying GC for my parents.. I heard that they can file I-485 without medical exam and wait for the notice from USCIS.. Is that true? But I also heard that they will get RFE (request for evidence?), will that be a big delay or very negative?

Medical exam should be in the initial package. RFE is not good or bad, it is request for missing or unclear issue
