Did any of the May guys get 140 approvals or FP notices?

Don't know why we're NOT moving to May RD.
Other centers reportedly approving 140's with RD of June & July 2005....
My lawyer thinks there is no real evidence of slowing down and
approvals of May RD's are imminent.
Hope she is right and keep my fingers crossed...
 
sep6 update no hope

The sept6 update shows date still stuck on May02. Are they working at all?
 
can you find out what is wrong with CSC ?

there has been absolutely no progress either in 140,AP or 485. This is exactly what happened with labor certs. months would go by without any progress what soever. please please please call your lawyer and try to find out whats happening .

At least, we now maybe know why CSC has slowed down on
new applications last 2 months or so. I expect other service
centers will also slow down from October. Although it's still
unclear what real reasons are behind this retrogression.
Anyway, something happened. The backlog suddenly increased
by 12 % during May - June 2005 for some reasons.

Anyway, many lawyers estimate it could take a year or more
until the employment based immigration matters becomes current.
I guess they'll still approve 140's although it slowed down.
They still approve April cases. Don't know why they just don't
touch May cases yet. I'm feeling quite negative about May cases
or some April cases whose FP has not been scheduled...

Yes, I got an e-mail update this morning. No physical notice yet.
I've heard it takes about 10 days for the notice to arrive.
No information on the nature of RFE is given in the online status update.
Anyway, it's good to know they touched my case with May RD.
 
140 approved

This is not exactly encouraging to EB3 ppl but
my I-140 status has been updated as approved on saturday.
At least, they are apparently procesing May RD 140's...

Yes. The approval email was from id "USCIS-SRMT".
Other LUD's were from "USCIS-CSSO".
Have not recieved official printed approval notice yet.

Can someone help me to tell whether is it mandatory to provide last 3 years W-2's

I have 2003 and 2004 with good salary, so i have perfect w-2's and tax filing docs.

But in 2002, not much salary because of the Software slump. so if provide 2002 W-2, it will be a problem beacuse my experince in LC shows that i worked full 2002 where as my 2002 W-2 shows whole amount covers 3 months salary.

Can anyone suggest how to get out of this problem

I asked the same question to my lawyer. Her reply was that it is not required - and as such they do not recommend attaching the w2s, tax papers ans pay stubs.

Her point was, if they require any pay information, they would require the latest ones (i.e. most probably pay stubs at the time they are processing the info.) and since that will be at least few months from now, it is not required/recommended to attach them.
