I don't think there is any limit to the number of times you can revalidate your visa from the state department. I have revalidated my H1 visa at least 3 times so far.
 
Question about stamping for Pakistani citizens

Hi all,

Just wanted to know if there is any approvel case for Pakistani citizens, I have heard that officers at St louis are pretty strick with some surnames and a person being single. Is that true? Kindly share your experinces. I sent my case through lawyer on May 10 and he was pretty confident about getting it and now I have to pay him his fee which is $500 (every thing included) but before paying it just wanted to get an idea from you guys out there.

Please do not post any questions abt approval cases here as this May tracker. And right now not even april cases have been fully completed (or mostly completed) So it does not make any sense that u will find anyone on this tracker to give that info to u.

Thats a question u should not ask. we are not revalidating our own visas that we can say for sure. If the website says 10-12 weeks then u need to take that much time in consideration. Also please read other posts and other trackers like april march Feb to get an estimate of the time. Please dont flood this tracker with these kind of questions.

I should tell u something, no one needs ur suggestion. I have read all pervious posts and figured out that you always want to be a leader of every forum and pretend that you are some kind of genius and after all that you get humiliated because of your attitude. I will give you a piece of advice and that's just for free (I don't usually do that, cause I think even considering you as a normal person is just a waste of time). You should see a doc, man you got some major issues. How do you live with yourself and all the humiliation?

Next time do yourself a favor infact favor to all of us, just post when someone specifically ask you too and pls don't post a reply to this and try to have some decency.

PS. If I didn't reply you for ur first post that doesn't mean that I have nothing to say, I just try to ignore ppl like you because you don't even exist for me.

Well I am not so I am going to respond to you in the following way. First of all I am not genius. I dont think anyone in this forum is . Also if you had spent more time looking for questions that u wanted answers for than reading what you feel is negative abt me and interpreting it to get back to me it would have helped you. Any posts I have made is based on what I have read earlier in other posts. Any post I have made is only very specific to respond to certain questions. And YOU really need to stop being so sensitive because you have made such remarks against me and that too against what : because I said please dont flood this tracker that does not concern may revalidation tracker and people should start another a seperate thread. I do not own this website and neither do YOU.

You are free to post as many messages as u like . But organizing the messages is upto us. But u think that it is an act to prove that I am some kind of leader. Sorry for you man. Looks like you always wanted to be one and could not so ur taking out that frustration on me.
 
For Pakistani citizens

Hi WaitingStamping,

We just got our visa revalidated and we are from Pakistan. No problems. I don't think you need a lawyer for this. He is ripping you off. Just follow the guidelines on the State dept.'s website make sure you send in all documents. Send a bar coded copy of your application and you should be all set. Good luck!
 
Everywhere I read that revalidation takes 10-12 weeks

Today I recd my H1 visa stamped from St.Louis.

It is a bit of surprise because I sent only on 19th May....That too Priority mail with same priority envelope inside.......recd back within 3 weeks.

What's happening in St.Louis? Clearing fast for all cases?

I have not had a chance to place my name in the list. I just got our passports this morning(for myself and my wife H-1/H-4). Here are the details:

Check cashed:5/10/04
Visa stamped:6/12/04
PP recd:6/15/04

I used the electronic bar coded version for both of us.

I hope everybody should be receiving their revalidation soon.
