Hi Ric,

Funny, the IIOs I spoke to at Vermont seemed to indicate that 485 processing is based on ND. So does my Lawyer. The date printed on the notice is the relevant date and that is the ND. The RD is not even printed on the notice. Make sure with your lawyer though.

I swear processing is based on RD. and I can mathmatically prove it!

RD is the \'Received Date\' on the I-48 notice and ND is the \'Notice date\'

... what I meant was the notice has RD on it...
