After the change in the LUD on 09/06 i do not see any further movement in my case status. I am getting a little frustrated. It is a like a suspense thriller... ;). Any changes in the LUD for any of you? :confused:

LUD Changed to 09/17/04 .

Strange LUD change ...

I was checking the status this morning and found the LUD changed today! The message changed to following but surprisingly is dated old: On August 10, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Anybody know what that is? I probably have called around that date to verify my address change. But why did the message appear suddenly after one and half months? Last week, it was still saying [and still says in my wife's status] that fingerprint review results were received. But today both our cases have the new LUD.

Hope it's good ... :rolleyes:
 
My LUD changed on Friday the 17th. Status is the same - 'ur finger prints have been received and are pending review'.

Just returned from Newark Application Support Center for my FP2 appointment. After standing in the line for more than an hour, the security got my FP notice and check their system. Then, they informed me that my FP1 (taken March04) is still valid and i don't have to have my fingerprint taken today.

LUD --- Sept 14, 15, 16, 20, 21
(hope that's a good sign of Approval soonest!!! :)

our filing and fingerprint dates are almost identical ... and all of us having LUD changes few days in a row now. let's hope for the best.
 
LUD changed: First time since 02/04

This is the first time i have noticed changes in LUD for both of us since we completed our fingerprinting in Feb, 04. This may be because of the letter i send to VSC along with my fingerprinting receipt. I received 4 emails for the same.

My detail:
RD 140/485: 5/1/2003
ND 140/485: 5/9/03
I40 AD: 3/29/04
FP1: Feb, 04
LUD: 9/23/04 (Process resumed after getting FP result, bla bla)
485 AD: Pending
 
No more LUD change ...

LUD change seems to have hit a wall after 2 days ... what about you guys?

Letter was about my concern that there was no update on my online status, even though i have completed my fingerprints about 7 months before.

Now they updated my status that they received my fingerprints.

Shaf,

Are you getting emails, everytime the LUD changed. Do let us know..
 
Only the first time ...

I got emails only the first time the LUD changed (09/20) since EAD approval. The email basically gave me some old info that they resonded to some inquiry on August 10 [See my first post on this page]. My wife's LUD changed too ... but no emails or messages for her. Both our LUD changed again the next day (09/21) ... but no emails with that. And nothing since ...
