my RFE

1)submit the g325a form(biographic information) properly
2)employment letter
3)clear photocopy of the biographic page of the passport


I guess I will get it done tommorow
 
Mine is I485 Approved

I was in Florida for a 3 day job, away from Iowa, but managed to get to the internet, and found all my famlily is approved today.
Thanks for the great support from all you guys. including Rajiv Khanna. My journey is so frustrating, made my wife's life hell. I dedicate this to her for all the suffurings.

Lukshya, Japanese, Rusr, happyvoda,..some names I remeber. But there is no doubt, all you guys will be approved in next few months.

Mine was EB3.

My case was an EB3.

I know one thing for sure. I-131 (Advance Parole-AP) triggers the I-485 approval. I initially applied AP for my wife. Within 9 days, I saw her LUD for I-485 changed. Encoraged by this change, I paid another $500 for my Advace parole even though I didn'twant it. Within 6 days LUD changed asking for Evidence of Emplyoment and MMR. I sent that soon. They received it on Jan 6th. Here comes on Jan 12th, all approved.

I spent 2 whole years educating HR on how to sponsor, using case studies. In the 4th year they filed my case. They advertized perfectly over 6 months. I was upset over their perfection. I never changed my job. I only had a promotion on the same job catogory. I wonder if 5.5 years of life suffering worth the outcome. Some losses are alreday unrecoverble. Good years of Youth is wasted!. I am looking forward to play the strings that is left to us.

I am going to do same.

Actually I filed I 485 in May'03 and didn't find anything till October'04.
I applied for my AP and EAD in Oct'04 and got my 1st FP notice in Nov'04 for FP in Dec'04. (Of course AP didn't trigger FP)

Now I am done with that I will apply for my Wife's AP and EAD.
Hope it will trigger approval. :)

Do one at a time.

My advise is, use one bullet at a time. 1st-EAD. Wait and see if there is any change. Give about 20 days. If there is no change, send for AP. See how it works. That is the sequence I did.
