My naturalization interview was held dated on September 28,2010 in San Francisco and N-652 Naturalizatyion Interview Result indicated that I passsed the interview.

However since than I havent' recieved Oath Letter..My question is what is the max.wait time for Oath letter per law?

Best Regards

There is no "Maximum Time" for them to give you a Oath, they are required lawfully to adjudicate the N-400 in 120 days by law, after that you may sue USCIS for not following the law.
If you decide not to sue then it can take however long the security checks will take more than likely the name check.
You were just interviewed recently and if I were you I will get concerned after 60 days have passed.

In the OP's case, "oath" is used interchangeably with "adjudication" since he's already been recommended for approval at interview.

Bob, he never mentioned in his query that he was recommended for approval or he got a decision cannot be made letter, he just indicated that he merely passed the tests, so unless he elaborates more you are just assuming.

Read the original post. The OP mentioned that he received N-652 letter indicating that he passed interview.

Exactly, The OP said he passed interview, never indicated if he was given letter with "Recommended for Approval" or "The decision cannot be made".

What part of original post don't you don't you understand? The N-652 is the letter that contains the "recommended for approval" wording on it.

Hi.

I am writing this post in order to claify the status of my case.By saying I passed the interview means she checked the item A on N-652 which is saying that "Congratulations..Your application has been recommended for approval"

Regards

N-652 can also mean " a decision cannot be made"

Two options/outcomes are possible in N-652. Either "recommended for approval" or "a decision cannot be made about your application".

There is no time limit on when your oath letter can arrive, like other people have said the case must be adjudicated within 120 days but that doesn't necessarily meant that the letter has to immediately follow.

If the case is adjudicated (with a successful outcome) within 120 days of interview, it's a sure bet the oath letter will arrive within 45 days instead of decision. Stating that there is no time limit for the oath letter to arrive implies that the applicant can wait endlessly for the oath letter to arrive after adjudication.
