Masters Quota

Hi guys,

My company applied for me under Masters Quota on April 2th. Even though I read that the quota was filled on April 30th. My lawyer told me today that my file was sent back.

I don't understand what's going on because I thought I was ok, since I applied the first day and under the Masters quota. Any ideas?

What do you mean sent back ? If it is true, it is either CIS made a mistake or your lawyer/company mistakenly marked wrong check box of I-129.
Ask more detail to lawyer/company.

They sent back my application, saying I didn't get selected on the lottery but I applied under the master quota.

My lawyer checked the right box and sent the application to the right address. He thinks CIS made a mistake. We're waiting for a reply to an email inquiry we sent out today. What an uncomfortable situation.
