The Department of Labor has made a determination on your Application for
Employment Certification pursuant to Title 20, Code of Federal Regulations,
Part 656 and as required by the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended.

Form ETA 750 has been certified and is enclosed. This certification must be
attached to the I-140 petition and filed with the Immigration and
Naturalization Service, U.S. Department of Justice, Eastern Service Center, 75
Lower Welden Street, St. Albans, Vermont 05479-0001.

Does it mean we get LC and could file I-140/I-485?
Can't beleive it

Thanks!

RIR, filed in Sep, 2003 from Boston. Then never heard from it until today.
No 45 days letter received.
Our lawyer said it's miracle.

Well, if it's EB2 then you can file 140/485 right away. If I were you I would not waste a single day, as there is talk of EB2 getting retrogressed pretty soon. If that happens then you won't be able to file 485 until your PD becomes current.

Hi GTAO,

I agree with MA labor. You should not be sitting in this forum right now. Go get your lawyer and file I140/485/AP/EAD all together TODAY....Then have a nice glass of cold cofee and chat with us.

Congrats gtao
Looks like the SWA opened up the SEP 2003 cases too. Any other Sep/Oct 2003 approvals from MA?
This keeps our hopes alive...

got 45 day letter on february 2005 from swa.
replied on mar3rd to swa.
case transfered to philadelphia backlog center on 3rd may.
could not understand what is going on. did our advertisement process was over or not. we didn't get any number from philadelphia. so it indicates that they didn't enter it in their database, right. but case was opened by swa and later it transfered to philadelphia. so then again bec will start from first or they will continue. i can't understand the exact procedure. if someone know how it will work please reply. it will be great help for us.
thanks.

Raise awareness about labor certificate process backlog.

Folks stuck in the Philly BEC, please take some time to sign and send this petition across. If not anything at least it will help raise awareness about labor certificate process backlog.

Please link to the following thread (an initiative by Spidey) at
http://www.immigrationportal.com/sh...73&page=1&pp=15
Please support that and we will continue with other efforts also. Remember, letters are being answered, our voice is definitely heard. Anand_mishra got reponse to one of the letters below. In the response his letter was forwarded to ETA agency of DOL.

BPC Tracker

The tracker can be found at:

http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=161571

Today I added the 600th record to the tracker.

There are 419 records for people that made to Regional DOL
The rest are SWA records which tells me SWA people are still underrepresented in the tracker.

The tracker includes reports that may answer some of your questions so do please take the time to look at the reports.

I would also encourage you to review your info and post updates especially if I have missed your 45-day letter.

Good luck everyone.

please help me!

hi
I am new in this thread.
My Regular LC is filed from Boston, MA with PD Dec-2003 with EB3.How will i know where my case is,atorny always says that all the cases send to the backlog centers.Still i didnt get my 45days letter.
:(

Eb-3

can anybody explain me that for EB3 an I-485 is pending when visa numbers retrogress or become unavailable, the I-485 will not be fully processed until the visa numbers are available for that case's priority date. The person may file for Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) and Advance Paroles .
Is it true. Can they get the EAD and Advance Paroles.
