Do we know each other ? My case is very similar to yours, maybe we even work for the same company ?... Same simptoms :(

I've tried to call SESA, nobody picks up the phone... Is there some specific numbers, and/or some specific work days that they spend some time answering the phone ?

may be/may be not we work for the same company but our frustration is same they told me i should call the sesa or dol ,but when i try the number from wesite either nobody picks or it asks for taxid or employer phone # which i dont know.
how do we get info. feels like there is no way out of this.
can somebody posts the deatils ie phone # which u have tried recently or anyother info.
that would be great.

MA SESA Now Processing...

Latest recording says they are now processing PD of:

Non RIR: 4/30/2001
RIR: 10/22/2001 to 11/20/2001
 
What is the status of MA SESA with respect to Non RIR Applications..I see the PD as April 2001 for a long time (about 6 months). Should all the Non RIR Applicants give up the hope ...
 
DOL Certified

Hi Guys,

I got a confirmation form my company DOL Certified.

My Case is information:
EB3 RIR
MA SESA PD : Sept 7 2001
DOL RD : Aug 29 2002
DOL Cert Date : Aug 9 2002

Note : It takes 2-3 weeks for your company to get the actual labor certificate.

The biggest thing that was helping me all this time my strong commitment the Almighty . So guys just hold on to God since we cant help ourselves in this tough labor market conditions.

Thanks for krsn1 and VIKOVIKO and our old buddy cube for keep this thread alive.

Positive updates:
1) Those in NON RIR will get reprieve soon, since most SESA orgs have complete 245 (I) cases . PERM also will be implemnted soon.
2) I-140 is in Prioritization with the INS .They want to adjudicate all cases within 60 Days time!!!

I pray God for other move out of this thread.!!!

Folks, in light of NO status updates from Boston Region 1, please post the info about status of RIR and NON-RIR applications from any reliable source (i.e. your colleagues, friends, etc.).

I am just wondering how do you know that MA SESA RIR is processing cases till nov 20.

I can understand the starting date Oct 22.

How do you get that figure Nov 20. Why not Nov 25?

You can call 617-626-5365 and select option #2 for a status check on which cases the MA SESA is working on.

Do they send any confirmation to my attorney if my file moved to DOL?

Totally Surprised... I called today to inquire if DOL received my application from SESA and the lady informed that it's been certified.

On checking the MA sesa messages, they are now processing 12/01/01- 12/31/01 RIR applications. I could not speak to anyone at the MA sesa. I did talk to Boston DOL for any info on my labor. They say they don't have my labor applictaion in their system yet and asked me to contact them after 2 weeks. Has anybody's RIR filed in or around 11/12/01 in MA SESA has moved into BOston DOL?.

I spoke to them last friday. I did not ask for a status. Instead, I asked them to confirm that Boston DOL have received my Labor from MA sesa. The lady said they are a month behind in entering data into their system. She also said that they are now processing march 2002 RIR applications. She says that if my applications gets into Boston DOL system today, it would probably take another 7or 9 months to be processed(Which is confusing, giving that folks in this portal have got their lab cert cleared by Boston DOL within one or two months).
