Unfortunately looks like all the people who used to get the updates and post them on the board have left to the other sections like DOL etc. There hasnt been an update here in weeks.

I would like to find out if my case has entered DOL yet!

Case into DOL

My case has been entered into DOL.
DOL RD: 7/29/2002
MA SESA PD: 8/8/2001

The lady at the DOL said it could take anywhere between 6-9 months for it to clear DOL. Could be sooner.
Those are her exact words.

If you are PD at MA SESA is between April 2001 through November 2001, please post your most current info!
I recommend the following format:

PD 10/19/02; EB2-RIR; waiting at MA SESA

Other scenarios:
if your case is in Boston DOL please include the Receipt Date (RD) at Boston DOL
if your labor has been certified, please include both RD and Certification Date (CD) and
if you had NOF or RFE, please include the appropriate dates...

For example:
PD 04/01/01; EB3-RIR; RD 04/01/02; RFE 05/01/02, replied 05/15/02; CD 06/01/02; Cs # (only first 6 digits)

PLEASE STICK TO THE FORMAT!

PD 11/15/01; EB3-Non RIR; waiting at MA SESA

Does anybody has an idea regarding the delays in Non-RIR case processing? I am seeing the priority date to be30th April, 2001 for last 6 months.
 
My Info

Hi guys,

Just my 2 cents, filed Form ETA 750 Parts A on September 14th
and Form ETA 750 Parts B on November 20th of 2001.

Company gave me SESA case (BTW, it would be great if we would post some parts of the case numbers if possible for statistics...)

Is there any way to find the PD for SESA ?
Case number is 2001159XX....


PD between Sep 14 - Nov 20, RIR, #2001159XX, still at SESA (hope not...) :)

It is very difficult to deal with my company itself about all of this,
they either usless, or don't want to give the info what is going on...

hi all,
this is my first posting here. my case is very strange my employer has applied for my labour in late sept 2001 .he is not giving me any info like the sesa number etc. nor do i know what phone number my lawyer has written in the application.
is there a way to know where my application is and wheteher it is in the sesa or DOL or if it is there at all.
the lawyer and employer are not givig any info they r saying we will tell u when it happens.
that makes me nervous.
please help!!
