Maryland LC -- let\'s cooperate!

Hi! Let\'s track Maryland SESA proccessing dates. Mine was filed April, 10, EB3-RIR. Do you have ANY information what dates are they proccessing now?

My LC was filed on April 24, 2001. I have not received any receipt till June 27. Have you received any?

Mine was filed on Apr 30, 2001, EB2-RIR. Haven\'t heard anything until now (6/27).

It\'d be very interesting to know what date range do they proccess now. As I haven\'t received receipt yet... Hmmm...

Let\'s try to cooperate here in sharing any information we have. I\'ll post notification as soon as get receipt. My lawyer said it\'s hard to predict what dates they are working with, but based on information posted on immigration web sites it should be aroung mid of feb. Does anybody have any information regarding that????

It\'s ok you haven\'t recognize me. But, you know, I DON\'T BELIEVE we are the only ones from Maryland...
As for me, it sounds to me as a good idea to keep tracking our Maryland SESA and share any info we have. Let\'s at least try...

Maryland! I\'ve got some news: regarding my attorney, MD SESA started March cases!!!
I haven\'t received any news regarding my case, do you? When they are going to send us case number???

Your earlier posting about processing of March cases in MD is confirmed in immigration.com\'s SESA processing time. Otherwise, status quo. No receipt notice yet!

It seems to take a long time to get a receipt of LC app. My attorney just sent my LC (RIR, EB2) to Baltimore. I will keep you updated of my info if there is anything new. Let\'s share our experience.

I filed for LC from MARYLAND in Nov’00 and got receipt roughly in less than 3 months (if I am not wrong) and got approval in 6-7 Months under EB2-RIR.

Hi,
You can call 410-767-2050 and hear a voice message about LC processing in MD. They are currently processing March 2001 cases and receipt notices are sent for LC applications received till April 18, 2001.

Thanks for info!!! But I haven\'t get reciept yet, so I even don\'t know case number and unable to give them a call. RRRRRrrr....(calming myself down). Feel better :) It seems they have voice message during after-business hours ,I\'ll try later. Have you got your receipt? Hope we will shortly!!!

Hi,

I just now spoke to an officer at Baltimore SESA. As I had posted before, the SESA can be reached at 410-767-2050. They are still processing March cases. Receipt notices have been sent for LC applications recieved till April 25.

Good job, Mdgc! But...But no reciept yet. Attorney told me that case filed March, 21 was approved 2 days ago... And thanks again, Mdgc! As soon as I get something, I\'ll let you know.
