Last approval from MD?

Please update if anyone knows the last approval for MD (SWA only cases and regional cases) from PBEC?
I there are lot many users posting in the PBEC forum.
Can we use this tracker for updates from PBEC for MD? That will provide concised idea of MD processing date.

45 Letter Recieved: Feb 15,2006.

Responded with request for amendment. Dont know how long its gonna take for it get processed.
 
No 45 day letter

My priority date is June 2002 from MD. filed in EB2.

I didn't receive the 45 day letter yet.

Anyone in the same situation please update the forum.
 
Should send email to H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US for inquiry. If your case number has been changed from T-xxxxx-xxxxx to P-xxxxx-xxxxx, then your 45-day letter should be issued or will be issued within 60 days. Otherwise, your case may be closed if 45-day letter is not replied in-time.

45 day leter

I got the reply in less than an hour. What is u r priority date and the status. Appreciate if you could update the forum

I got my 45 days letter

Filed : EB3, MD, Jan 2003

45 days letter received : March 2006

45 day letter

Hey guys, new to this. But i got my 45 day letter a few days ago, and lawyer sent it back already. The lawyer applied for my LC around Jan, 2004.
 
My Friend just got Approval

All I know is

My hope is up

Sorry, I did not get a chance to read posts in a long while.

My PD is 2002 May 31, state MD (of course). I got 45 day letter in Dec 1st week of 2005. My Labor was approved on Jan 31st 2006. I have collegues who have PD in June/July 2002 (not sure about exact dates), and they had received their labor approval before Dec-2005/Jan-2006. At least in my work place - I was one of the last to get 45 day letter & Labor approval from MD state. I have one more colleague who is awaiting information with PD of Sep 31st 2002.

When last check in April 4, 2006, my case number was still T-XXXXXXXX
and have not received the 45 day letter. Anyone in the same situation?

FYI , My colleague whose PD was in Sep 2002 got his labor approved last week.
