Hi folks,
I haven't posted for long time, I haven't received any info from MD sesa yet.
the data at http://flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp only doesn't show anything after 12/3/2003. Is there a way to get recent data??

hey folks ...

The info at this webs-ite (http://flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp) is very disturbing and shocking. It has brought down my spirits to an all time low with respect to the whole process of GC. I have double checked the cases filed from my office and the information is very very true.

I encourage you to verify from your side before concluding anything.

I don't find my case filed in Jan,2002 when i searched on my Company's name.

But I do have copy of my file filed and my attorney is also going to apply for H1B extension.

I am not sure I can believe this information.

Logically does any one in the Labor has time to update the records when they are unable to get the time to process the cases.

Please be aware that the information from the website that was in the past few threads - is applicable for cases that cleared the SESA and currently in regional centers.

If you have received proof that you have applied for labor for GC at the SESA and if it is past one year (365 days) then you should be eligible for 7th year extensions (just like me I am in my 7th year now will shortly apply for 8th year)

Hi mdlbr20020531,

I must say that you did some deft work by digging up this website .

I am extremely concerned after doing some queries on the database - Does the case number change when it moves from SESA to regional? The case number I have is from SESA and that doesnt help me as the "State_Case_Num" field is null is most cases. (Im assuming that "Case_Num" field is the regional case number)

Also, just the fact that the cases after my filing date have moved to regional and been certified is very disturbing. I cant wait till tomorrow morning when I have a chat with my lawyer with some data from this website.

Hello and good morning,

First my attempts to answer for ciril99 - "Logically does any one in the Labor has time to update the records when they are unable to get the time to process the cases?" - I am with you on this. But I hope it is an automated process and not manual that additional or existing resources have to spend time to keep updating the info.

to answer blahblah - "Does the case number change when it moves from SESA to regional?" - I believe this is true.

Second, to all the candidates - Any updates from your side? Did you see any helpful information on your cases from the website (http://flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp)? If possible - Please share the information.

I believe so,

if I am not wrong - The law states that extentions in increments of 1 year can be obtained as loong as the case is still in pending status.

Of course, I will keep you posted. My 7th year will expire in Jul 2004 and I should be applying before that for the next year 8th year

Case sent to Phila

I just got an written notice from DOL that my case has been sent to Philadelphina office on Jan 22, 2004.

Oct 19, 2001 to Jan 22, 2004. It was a long way, and I don't feel much joy at all. We still have a long way to go. Good Luck Guys!
