marrying from overseas - working on EAD

I'm switching my job and plannign to work on EAD . My I-485 is in process ( PD Aug 2002 , EB3)
What are the implications if I marry someone from india ? Will I be able to bring her here to US without any issues ?

If you use EAD to work, you are not on non-immigrant status such as H or L any more, which implies your spouse won't be able to come any soon as your dependent.
You maintain your non-immigrant status and briing her with depdendent visa,
otherwise, you can do follow to join through CP.

Consular processing. Once your I-485 is approved you file an I-824 to notify the consulate in her home country, and after a few weeks/months she gets an interview and her immigrant visa.
