my dv lottery visa application has been approved and my green card has been stamped on my passport. The question here is if I get married now, can my spouse also come with me and recieve green card. My spouse is currently on F-1 visa and is in status. Reading some materials on the forum, winner can bring the spouse to US even after receiving the letter. Problem here is I have already been approved for green card and I am planning to get married. What are the processes for this. Help would be greatly appreciated

No. Since you were unmarried at the time you obtained permanent residency, your spouse will need to be petitioned for under FB2, which has a wait of around 5 years.
I was in that situation five years ago. I got my passport stamped before I got married. I think it is too late after your passport is stamped.
You should have included her (married her first) when you send in your application for GC. I have not checked the "following to join" as LucyMO stated. It might be your last option. Do some research there.
Depending on the country where your spouse is from, petition for her (as the spouse of LPR) could take a long time....(expect 5 years or more). If she is eligible for DV lottery maybe she can keep trying and get one before your petition is current.
Sorry, wish I have better news for you. Personally, we are finally getting on with our lives after 5 painful years and after I became US citizen else it will take longer.
