Marrying a GC holder

Hi All,

I will be getting married to a GC holder soon. I have a pending GC application through employment based process. I am hoping that my employment based application will be processed in time and I will not need any help. But what are my other options?

If my partner gets Citizenship before my GC is done... what are the options I have?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the same option as any other spouse of USC. Apply for AOS through marriage.

You can file another I-485 marriage based too. Is your labor approved yet? It is really depend on what stage your GC is rightnow.
