I am married to a US citizen who was in military at time - I was in US under expired tourist visa - we never filed for green card and since he left military he left me and is living in different state... can I apply somehow?

No, unless you get back together with him.
What do you mean by "he left you?" Did he divorce you?
If you are still married, you need to seek couseling to try and salvage your marriage.
The second step would be for you guys to start living together again as man and wife.
Ofcourse you cannot file for anything at this point. People marry and break-up/divorce all the time. That does not make the non USC eligible for AOS.
