married, need help with advice on I-485!

I was approved for an E2 Visa to start my business two years ago
moved to america
met my wife, got married, have been living together after the honeymoon and now am going to file for my I-485


Can someone tell me the process
ALSO
When I was attending college in Illinois I received a misdomeaner DUI.
Will this make a difference?

Did I miss one?

Make sure to disclose any felonies. They hate dishonestly and will immediately deny your application.
 
Also, for you and anyone else with a criminal record of any kind, felony or misdemeanor.. it doesn't matter, ALL of them need to be disclosed. Even if you were arrested when you were 12, you need to tell them. When, how, why. Tell them all of it.
