Hi, I am a Mexican citizen with a B1//B2 visa and an I-94 permit that expires on December, I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend since last December, we have known each other for 6 years and I just found out I'm pregnant and he wants us to get married, can we get married without me having a fiance visa? In a future we were planning on it anyways but mostly now the rush is because he wants me to be with him already through all the pregnancy process, plus being able to put me in his insurance.

So, you're in the US already with an I94? Your boyfriend is American? If so, you can go ahead and get married. You can then file for adjustment of status if, when you entered the US, you did not have the intention to remain permanently, and only decided on this after you entered (which seems to be the case here). This is assuming that you want to stay in the US permanently.
