Marriage on B2 and then H4

I have a peculiar situation with me.

I am in the USA on H1B visa. My fiancee is Indian and living and working in Nigeria.

I want to invite her to USA on B2 visa to visit me and then get married here.

My questions are:

1) After we get married, can my wife get H4 visa from US Embassy in Canada and come back to the USA?

2) Can this situation raise red flags in the mind of Visa officer when getting H4 visa from Canada? since I am inviting her on visitor's visa and then applying H4 from Canada

Why complicate things? Go to Nigeria, marry her and then apply for her H-4 visa from Nigeria itself.
