Marriage GC-What counts as living together?

Hi,
I'm marrying my bf of 4 years. We live 1.5 hrs apart by car, so for the past 4 years I always go to his place on weekends and holidays and stay there, but on weekdays I go back to my own place.
After the wedding this situation still has to last for at least 6 months or so, because I need to wait for some benefit to vest at my company, and it takes time to sit down, update resume, and look for a new job. But I cannot wait till I find a new job to file GC, because I need EAD.
My question is, on form 130, when asking for our addresses, do I use my husband's address, or do I use different ones for us? And Q21 asks if we have lived together. Does living together on weekends count? Or would I have to put "None"?

Thank you for your help!

Give your husband's address in all applications. Ask your husband to add your name to lease (even though you stay on weekends). Similarly bills like electric/gas, Cable ....

Auto/health/health insurance.

At the time of interview you can explain why you have to live in a different town because of job, education or whatsoever.

Thank you for your reply. So for Q21 on I130 "If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together." Should I put my husband's address and claim we did live together, or should I say "None"?

Would the interview officer think I was lying on my applications when she finds out I actually only live there on weekends? I'm really afraid...

Thanks!

Do you have documentation of this pattern, like receipts on your credit card in your boyfriend's town, and vice versa? Generally it should not be a problem, provided you disclose everything and can demonstrate the rationale behind it.
