Marriage after I-1130 Approval

I just got my I-130 Approval Notice. I'm over 21 years old- daughter of US Citizen. Since my priority date is not current, I'll have to wait 1 year to apply for "Adjustment of Status". Meanwhile, I want to get married this year.

1) Can I get married before getting the Green Card?
2) If I get married, will I loose my current status?
3) If I get married, my fiance will get any status (join benefits)?

PLEASEEEEEEEEEE I'm desperate, if you know about this let me know!!!!!!!!!

(1) Yes you can get married, but you will move from F1 category to F3
(2) Your will retain your F1 priority date, but your AOS will have to wait until F3 for that date is current. What is your current status in the US however?
(3) If you marry, your husband (not fiance') will also get GC when you get your GC
