MARCH 2004 Guys Please UPDATE

Just now, I see that there is an LUD of 6/10 against my 485 receipt#. No message change tough.
Not trying be too optimistic, maybe this is becasue of the enquiry i intiated on my 485 thru the 1-800 number.

Anyway, will keep you guys posted about it.

I am getting a bit nervous and at the same time a bit excited also.
Funny enough, after I did my previous update here, I went back to see the case status once more, and I see that there is a 6/10 LUD on my wife's 485 also. Maybe this is a positive sign.

See, its such a curse to even use the word excited. As soon as I saw my LUD's on 485, I became a bit otimistic and happy. But, as we all know by now, never ever show your optimism before actually seeing the approvals.
The result, no more 485 processings under EB3 from july 2005. Not sure if they are ever going to open our 485's. But, now that there will be very little work from EB3 485's, my guess is in the next few months a lot of pending 140's will be approved so that people can at least use AC21 to change employers.

So good luck to all for a speedy 140 approvals.

I take back everything I have said above in my previous update. I am in real shock now. As Soon as I posted the above message, I just wanted to see my e-mail before going to bed. And to my shock, I saw 2 more magic e-mails about 485 approval.
"On June 13, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a
new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
I still cannot believe it. Looks like they have approved my case. Wife's still pending, with a 6/10 LUD. She has not had her Biometrics yet. I wish every one the best of luck for a speedy 140/485 approval. If my approvals are indeed ture, It would not have happnned without the wealth of info. and knowledge I received from this forum. I rellay thank everyone for being open and posting their experiences. Like I said before, I really think before june 330, a lot of you guys will also get their approvals ( both 140/485).
