PD: Priority Date which you get when you initially apply for Labour with SESA
MD: Mailed Date of your I-140 application from Lawyer\'s office to INS after your labour is approved throgh SESA and Regional DOL
RD: Receipt Date of your 1-140 application by INS
ND: The date on which your application is keyed into INS computer system
AD: Aproved Date of your 1-140, for which all of us are eagerly waiting to hear from INS

My lawyer completed the preparation for I-140 and is just waiting for my prior employment experience letters. Will file I-140 latest by Monday next week. I will keep you all posted.

Is ND appears as receipt date in VSC IVR?

My attorney told me that my RD is 02/27 and ND is 03/05 but when I called VSC IVR it said my application I-140 was RECEIVED on 03/05 and that it will take 140 to xxx days.

My question is : Is everyone listening their ND as received date in IVR?

I mailed my I-140 on 02/22/02. It reached to INS mail room on Feb 25. I saw online my cheque cashed on Mar 8th but no receipt data yet. My case also filed EB2(Masters). Hopefully soon..

To luckygc : Does it give EAC# & ND date?

If I see back of my cheque does it give EAC # & ND date ? what is meant by case #? Is it EAC# or any other number?
