It will help people here if you shared your
RFE info too - rather than just omitting it.
Your lawyer must have got an RFE around June/15. When did he send it back ??

AP1, I have been checking almost everyday until that weekend I decided to give it up for a while but surprisingly a few days later, I got the email of the news on 7-30 and when I checked that day it was updated already...good luck, yours will be soon!

Lots of approvals on 7/26

Gzhang and others,
It seems like VSC is following some order. There have been many approvals on 7/26 & 7/25 all of which are from March. Between this board and instrack.sce.net, I think there are at least 5 - kkim, jqz, raj2002, swift123 and luckygc. It seems that VSC is trying to get rid of March cases. Can other March filers please check and post? Thanks.

One question:
I plan to change my job soon. Does anyone know if this will affect my I485? I am in the catalog of NIW (national interest waiver). And do I need to appy for a new H1-B or just apply for EAD for the new empolyer, which one is better for me?

When they say 90-180 days, do they mean business days(M-F), or calendar days?

I hope they keep their promise for 60-day approvals in the future....i am about to reach 180 days....
