Got a reply to my fax inquiry last month as to why no 2nd FP.
Says we'll ask for FP when we adjudicate, currently we're
adj'ing 1/9/02. Meanwhile, please stop bothering us.

No reply from Don Neufeld to my (nicely worded) email or to
my complaining email.

Beg, threaten, cajole, be polite, grovel ... nothing works.

Sometimes I dream that they do not need a RFE (my company is a public traded company) and they do not need another FP because I am a nice guy....so they will grant me a GC with all the info they already have.:D

Then I woke up and the reality strucks me!

Good news: From all I read from the forum is that if you receive the 2nd FP that means they are reviewing your file. You are starting to see the light in the tunnel.

Refer to the official site processing case: 1/9/02 (It takes upto 3 months to move 2 weeks)!!!

The CSC has issued fingerprint notices to more than 80% of WAC-04-101 I-485 applicants whose ND was 3/1/2004.

Also, the CSC has issued thousands of FP notices to WAC04 applicants on 3/25/2004.

This means:
thousands of WAC04 applicants have a chance to get approved anytime,
but some of March 2002 filers have no chance at all for a while.

CSC Director Don Neufeld must consider long-waiting I-485 applicants who doesn't voice up as chickens.

1) 79% of OCT 2003 applicants have received fingerprint notice,
but 34% of FEB and MAR 2002 applicant's fingerprint are still expired.

2) 5% of NOV 2002 applicants have received RFE,
but only 1% of FEB and MAR 2002 applicants have received RFE.

If only a few of FEB and MAR 2002 applicants take action,
the CSC would adjudicate lot of WAC03 and even WAC04 cases before long-pending WAC02 cases.
