Today I received e-mail from USCIS case status checking website saying both my wife's and my EAD have been approved on May 28. We filed I485/765/131 in mid March based on a Feb. approved I140(NIW). Haven't heared anything about the I131/485 yet.
Does anyone know how long it takes to get the EAD card? My wife will start working in mid-June. If we can not get the card soon, she will have to postpone the start date. Can she work based on the approval notice? Thanks.
